Cookies and local storage
SSCRAPIFY only stores what is strictly necessary for the app to work or what you chose yourself. There are no analytics, advertising or third-party cookies, so no consent is required.

Personal data we process
- Account: your name, email address and a hashed (unreadable) password, to let you sign in and send you notifications.
- Sessions: the IP address and browser of each signed-in session, to keep your account secure.
- Search configurations: the filters and map locations you save, to find matching listings for you.
- Emails: listing notifications and password reset links are sent to your email address.
This data is processed to provide the service you signed up for (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and, for security such as rate limiting, on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). It is not sold or shared for marketing.
Third parties
The map in the search editor loads tiles from OpenStreetMap, which receives your IP address when the map is shown. See the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy.
Emails are sent through mailbox.org (Heinlein Support GmbH, Germany), which processes your email address and the email content to deliver them. See the mailbox.org privacy policy.

Retention and your rights
Your data is kept while you have an account. You can change your name or delete your account, together with all your search configurations, at any time in your account settings. To get a copy of your data, have it corrected, or to object to processing, email sscrapify@s5.lv. You can also complain to your local data protection authority (in Latvia, the Data State Inspectorate).
